The previous respiratory protection standard will be moved to. The regulation 1910.134 applies to general industry, construction, shipyards, and longshoring and marine terminal workplaces. The revision replaces 1926.103 which was adopted in 1971. Note that this CFR citation is the same as the previous respiratory protection standard, so it will be important to check the date of any publications to be sure that it contains the new revision.
